Welcome to the Reservations page. Here is where you make a reservation to come to the Nursery and Breakfast. Please try to fill out all the questions to make sure you have a nice stay with us. Please make sure in the last window, that you explain as much detail about yourself and if you have any questions.
Also before you fill out the form to reserve a date to stay with us, we need to let you know...This is not a baby sitting session. There will be as many diaper changes as you like, however each diaper change is $20.00 each. So please make sure you keep that in mind.
The Nursery And Breakfast is just that. We supply a fully furnished nursery to spend the night in and you get a breakfast in the morning. Currently there is not a high chair available due to cost of making one. So if you choose to be spoon fed your breakfast, it will be done with you sitting in a chair in front of Aunt Sandra and she will feed you your breakfast if that is something you would like. In the future we plan to have at least one highchair for our guests to use.
If you choose to be spoon fed, check off that option in the form below when you reserve your stay. So if that is ok with you, and you still want the nights stay, then please fill out the reservation form below and you will get a e-mail to confirm one of the dates you gave us below within 48 hours, and an e-bill for half the nights rent as a deposit.
This is done because too many people contact us about a night's stay and then don't show up. Their spot could have gone to someone else that was serious. So now we ask for a deposit of half of the total rent before your crib is reserved. So be sure you complete the e-bill to make sure your bed is reserved.
Please give us a valid e-mail address. If you don't we won't be able to send you the e-bill to confirm, and your date might be taken by another person. So please check your e-mail address and make sure it's correct before you click the submit button below.
Also, please remember to type your information after the text already in the boxes below. We need to know what each questions is. This is why we ask you to type your information AFTER the text already in the boxes.
Please tell us below what date you would like to reserve to come to the Nursery And Breakfast. Then tell us two other dates that will be used as back up's in the case that the first date that you gave us is unavailable. Please try to make reservations at least 4 days before you wish to come.

By clicking the "I Agree" Button below you state that you agree to the conditions of the "Release Form" that you will need to sign when you arrive, and that you also understand that the rent for the room is due when you arrive. If you do not agree to the conditions then we will not be able to rent you the room. Sorry.
If you choose to stay more than one night, guest will need to leave during the day time (9AM - 7PM).

Before clicking the "Submit Reservation" button below, take a minute to double check the form to make sure everything is correct. Then check your e-mail. Within the next 48 hours (2 days) you will be sent a e-mail confirming we got your reservation, and then you will get an e-bill for half the rent which acts as your non refundable deposit. The other half of your rent for the night is due when you arrive.
Sorry we need to do this, too many people send in reservations and are not serious and then a person who is serious can't have the bed. So this is to make sure you are serious about coming. When the e-bill is paid, your bed is reserved for the night.
