Welcome to the Nursery And Breakfast. This Release is here to protect you as well as the staff that work at the Nursery And Breakfast. We try to give the best in nursery care to each and every AB or DL visitor to the Nursery And Breakfast. Below is a few things you need to know as well as a few rules that need to be followed while you are here.
First off is the CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) system. The camera's are on 24 hour record and are mounted outside at the front entrance, the living room, hallway and nursery. The camera's are audio and video. The camera's are for your safety as well as ours. In recent months, there have been many reports from mommy's around the world of AB's stealing items from their home, attacking mommy's, and or accusing mommy's of doing things that did not happen. The CCTV system will make sure none of this occurs at the Nursery And Breakfast. So by signing the Release you understand that if you are in those 4 locations, you understand you are being recorded on camera and you understand the tapes and what is recorded on said camera's are property of the Nursery And Breakfast. However, you are welcome to request a copy of the tape. But you are not permitted to display the tape on the Internet or TV program or sell the tape to anyone else. Tapes are not sold or showen to the public and are typically recorded over when the next guest arrives.
Second is you are not permitted to drink alcohol or be intoxicated when you arrive, bring/use/or be on any illegal drugs, or smoke in the Nursery and Breakfast. If you are a smoker you will need to smoke outside. And if you go outside to smoke you need to do so in street clothes. If you do any of the above you will be asked to leave without a refund.
If you bring weapons of any kind (Guns, knives, bombs or explosives, poisons or anything else than can cause harm or death to any persons) into the Nursery and Breakfast you will be asked to leave without a refund. If you have a weapon with you, please leave it in your car, you will not need it here. If you are asked to leave without a refund, you will not be allowed back at the nursery and breakfast. By signing below, you understand that if you bring any the above into the Nursery And Breakfast that you will be asked to leave the Nursery And Breakfast without a refund and not be able to return to the Nursery And Breakfast for services.
Next is, if you get out of control for any reason and you decide to attack a staff member or another guest, or attempt to destroy property of the Nursery and Breakfast or another guests property you will be restrained till you are able to control yourself without attacking people or destroying property. Being restrained is being held on the ground. You will only be restrained or held down till you are able to control your own actions and only if you attempted the above. You will not be restrained for any other reason.
By signing below you understand that if you get out of control to the point that you are going to attack or hurt staff or guests or if you are or going to damage property either belonging to the Nursery and Breakfast or a guest you give us, the staff at the Nursery and Breakfast permission to restrain you if you get out of control and attempt either of the above until you are able to control yourself.
Your signature below means that you fully understand and agree to all of the above. Also if you are asked to leave for breaking any of the rules above you will receive no refund and will no longer be welcome at the Nursery and Breakfast
